Customer satisfaction comes first: Robot Makers GmbH has been certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001

As a customer-oriented company for the Robot Makers GmbH the customer’s satisfaction comes first. Accordingly, the Robot Makers GmbH committed both products and services to the highest to offer. In this context the executive management decided to certify the lived quality standard by the “TÜV Rheinland” in terms of DIN EN ISO 9001. As part of the certification, the audit was lead by Klaus Schildwächter of the TÜV Rheinland. The participants of the Robot Makers GmbH had been the CEO Dr. Bernd-Helge Leroch and the quality management officer Daniel Sauer.

As part of the initial certification workflows, process sequences and the quality management system had been examined in detail. It was confirmed that the Robot Makers GmbH “established and implemented an efficient system to carry out their policy and goals”.

ISO 9001 determines quality standards for the entire company. It is the world’s leading standard in quality management to meet customer demands and further requirements like the product- and service quality. These include sustainable processes and structures as much as the purpose of continuous improvement.

Daniel Sauer, quality management officer of the Robot Makers GmbH, is very pleased about the certification: “The certification according to ISO 9001 verifies our demand by means of sustainable processes to a constant quality for our costumers.”

CEO Bernd-Helge Leroch sees the company as a full-service partner which supports its customers throughout the entire product life cycle.
